New Pictures (Updates
22/4/04)
The Rambam (Mugrabi) gate collapsed retaining wall.
Another bulge at the Eastern Wall, about 40m from the Southeastern
corner. It seems like it is going to collapse in the near future.
The Southern wall renovation. The Jordanian team has managed
to replace most of the stones at the original location of the bulge, but in the
meantime it has extended further east (towards the camera point of view).
These pictures expose the unsupervised ongoing construction
in the Al-Aqsa Library.
A small dig near the Dome of the Rock in the target of cutting
tree roots.
A view from within the Temple Mount of the construction being
done at the Southern Wall. This is the first time I was allowed to get near it.
Another new point of view of the work in at the new entrance
to the Solomon’s Stables.
New Sewage pipes were lately installed in the Temple Mount
platform. This is one of the new air opening installations.
