It measures 13.0 mm <span class=\"NA6bn ILfuVd\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"hgKElc\"><span dir=\"ltr\"><b>\u00d7<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span> 12.9 mm <span class=\"NA6bn ILfuVd\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"hgKElc\"><span dir=\"ltr\"><b>\u00d7<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span> 1.6 mm and weighs 0.60 g. The weight is made of a brass alloy (78% copper and 22% zinc) and bears a silver inlay with the Greek letters \u201c\u039a\u0394\u201d. The <em>Kappa<\/em>\u00a0designating the\u00a0<em>keration<\/em>\u00a0weight unit and the\u00a0<em>Delta<\/em> signifying the number four. Square copper-alloy weights of this type were predominantly manufactured during the fifth and sixth centuries.
