The Temple Mount Sifting Project is continuing its operation and is expanding!

Despite the situation in which we find ourselves due to the Coronavirus pandemic, we have decided not to shutdown, but to keep on going!

How can you help?

✅ This week we are launching our new Online Remote Sifting! This is a unique, first time ever archaeological experience, which enables people all over the world to remotely participate in the sifting – via a live online video conversation with the archaeologist on-site.

For further details and booking visit our website: tmsifting.org/en

✅ Want to come and sift by yourself?

We have adapted the sifting site in accordance with government COVID-19 prevention regulations. The number of participants has been reduced, the equipment and facilities are constantly being sanitized, and participants and staff are required to wear face masks and gloves, and to work at a distance from each other. The sifting, of course, takes place in the open air.

New Community Sifting Initiative

✅ Can’t come to the sifting site, but really want to participate?

The sifting will come to you!

Schools, senior living and nursing homes and other communities are welcome to invite us to conduct the sifting at their own venue. The activity includes a full presentation about the sifting project and its archeological finds to all members of the community (including a display of some actual select finds)!

The sifting is carried out according to Health Ministry regulations!

The equipment is constantly being sanitized, participants have to wear face masks and gloves, and to work at a distance from each other, and the activity takes place outdoors.
